About Briony

I’m Briony, a Kinesiologist, Reiki Practitioner, energy worker, and deeply intuitive being devoted to supporting women in coming home to themselves.

My work is rooted in creating a safe, nourishing, and gently held space where women can soften, open, and release the layers of heaviness they’ve been carrying , often for far too long. This is a space where your nervous system can exhale, your body can speak, and your soul can be met with warmth and reverence.

I work with women who feel the call to journey inward. Women who sense there is more beneath the surface , more truth, more depth, more authenticity waiting to be remembered. This is work for those who are ready to reconnect with their feminine essence, to explore both the light and the shadow within, and to reclaim their sovereignty and unique energetic blueprint.

Holding space for women to come home to themselves is something I hold deeply in my heart. It is a true weaving of passion, devotion, and alignment. The spaces I create are intentional and gentle, allowing you to feel safe enough to slow down, surrender, and reconnect with who you are beneath conditioning, expectation, and survival.

My path has always been intertwined with women’s work. I have walked many professional paths, each one guiding me closer to the work I now offer through Kinesiology, Reiki, and Energetic Wellness. This is intentional work , work that creates considered change and conscious shifts, supporting you to remember and reclaim who you truly are.

This work is for women who desire to embody their worth, expand their capacity to receive, and live a life anchored in confidence, devotion, truth, and spaciousness.

I am here to walk beside you as you navigate the depths of your energetic field, listen to the intuitive language of your body, and respond to the subtle (and sometimes powerful) call toward growth and evolution.

My intention is to create a space where you feel so deeply held, nurtured, and relaxed that your creative energy comes back online, your joy begins to pulse through your being, and a slow, intentional baseline for your life becomes a non-negotiable.

My sessions are not simply a deeply relaxing experience or a moment of self-care. They are a homecoming. A remembering. A sacred pause where your authentic expression is invited forward and your truth is given space to rise.
